It went well. Jay was prompt in scheduling a time to take measurements and got me a quote within a day of that appointment. They were to start the following week but I actually made a change that delayed things and then we had a little rain. They were timely once we got the project going and responded to all of my questions and concerns. My driveway now looks so awesome!

The new front sidewalk looks great. The crew also raised a trouble spot by the driveway that always collected water after a rain. The sidewalk looks better now than it ever has since we moved into the house.

The only problem was getting the right day to get the work done! The trouble was getting the concrete delivered.

Very well organized operation. Contractor was very informative and respectful of my property and people. They returned the verry next morning to pick up concrete forms and any remaining trash. I was very satisfied.

I am very pleased with the job. The overall process went smoothly: from the initial contact through the work crew leaving the site. I was especially pleased with the work crew. They ensured that the framing met my desires by effective communication about what I wanted. Any concerns that I had about how the concrete was going to make it from the road to the back corner of my back yard were not warranted. The crew proved to be very hard, capable craftsmen. The pad turned out almost too good to cover up ;).

Fantastic job from top to bottom. Communication was great, price fair and the the new floor looks amazing.

Very very happy. They were extremely professional and made sure I was informed every step of the process, excellent communication. After the job was done they cleaned the job site and went over all work performed. The driveway, walkway and sidewalk came out better than I imagined.

Powerhouse demo’d and re-poured my concrete flooring for my back patio, and I am so happy I went with them. They were quick to schedule, knew all the details and potential risks, and completely the job start to finish in a day. The crew was professional, respectful, and picked up after themselves. The Manager took the time to go through options, details, and concerns diligently, and communicated well. They did everything they said they would, and quicker than I would have thought. I would not choose any other concrete company for future projects. Highly recommended!

We hired Powerhouse Concrete to pour a new concrete driveway and patio, build a new fence and gates, and build 2 new decks with composite flooring and railing. The concrete work appears to be of great quality, as we have had no problems in the last few months since it was installed. However, beware, do not use this company for any other type of work. The fence boards that were installed are all crooked and warped and none of the three fence gates were properly built. The gates did not open properly and they sagged and dragged on the ground. The decks are the worst disaster. The composite boards used on the deck were improperly installed, voiding the manufacturer's warranty. The joists on the deck are too far apart to support the deck boards. Screws were installed to attach deck boards instead of using the required brackets. Deck boards started to sag soon after installation. Ernesto and Jay of Powerhouse Concrete keep saying they are going to fix all the problems, but 11 months have passed with no action on the deck problems. Oh, and by the way, we paid premium prices for the ensuing mess.

They just finished a job widening the driveway. Great job very friendly staff. It took a day and a half. No problems. They cleaned everything up. Absolutely no complaints. I would recommend them to anybody. Don't go anywhere else.

Jay and his team were responsive and prompt. They followed up consistently, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to achieve the best outcome for our project. The pour was done beautifully and the crew was great to work with- we highly recommend this team!
