I called Kevin, and he came out the following day to give an estimate. We went over all of my requirements, he wrote down details and dimensions, and called me later with the price of approximately $1100. I'm very happy with the price. He also had excellent suggestions on how to improve a few things that I wanted, and I do not feel like he tried to over-sell me on parts or services.

About two weeks later, on the day we agreed to, he deposited the river sand where we had agreed to store it. The next morning he showed up with a stand-behind bobcat and a helper, and they went right to work. By early afternoon they were done.

I could not be more pleased with the results! He did everything he said he would, when he said he would, and there were no hidden charges. The work is outstanding. My yard is exactly how I wanted it. He did not go anywhere with the bobcat that I asked him not to, and there was no damage to anything else. His bobcat work was fantastic.

They're very good. I don't remember exactly how much we paid because it was my husband who paid them. We felt it was reasonable though. They did a lot of work. They also did underground drainage. When it didn't work because there was a problem, they came back and fixed it right away. We've never had a problem since. They were excellent. The guys were just hard workers and professional. When there was a problem, they came out and fixed it right away and we were fine. We compared their quality of work with someone else that we had considered, and I got lucky to use them instead. They did a much better job. They stuck to their price. Their responsiveness was very good. Their punctuality and professionalism were perfect. I've been here for twenty years and I can't say enough good about them in comparison to the other companies that I've had. I will use their services again in the future.

He leveled off my back yard to the street, fixing all of my drainage issues. He connected downspouts to go to the curb on each side of my home. He also let me know he would prefer to over bid slightly and give money back than to underbid and charge more. This was the case with mine, he ended up giving money back at the end of the job.
