"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], I personally signed two checks that were mailed to you. Perhaps you have received one or both checks after we had a technician drop off the check. We flushed the lines, and the technician ask you if you had vinegar, since he had run out. You provided it, but didn't want us to charge you for the service. So we did attempt several times to mail a check without success. It is unfortunate that after we have provided you and your wife with excellent service on many occasions, you choose to express yourself in this manner. We appreciate your business, and hope to earn your trust again in the near future. Best regards, Roy Calante President"
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], Our sincere apologies with regards to the experience you had. National Air strives to make every visit, and great experience to our customers. In this case, The technician Jessi explained that the capacitor had failed as a result of improper installation. We cannot confirm who had previously installed it. However, you mentioned to Jessie, that you had a friend who could change the capacitor, and did not want to replace it with us. The two tune-up's that you purchased did not include repairs. Please excuse any misunderstanding. Best Regards, Maria Calante"
