"On the left side by the garage all of the damaged stucco had to be removed. had to replace the area with plywood. trim also in hardie around 4 windows. Add hardie siding in lap pattern. Caulk and touch paint everything they replaced. On the left/front side very extensive damage Our home is all stucco. termite damage needing all new wood repairs, 0ur home was built in 1937. Repaired overhead on west side with all new wood. the work was IMPECCABLE. the crew very kind and professional,. Our home is beautiful, Mr Santacruz provided a well developed itemized estimate for the repairs and we were able to budget for the costs. I never once questioned the competency of his work or crew. clean up of our property was daily and without hesitation. I am so Thankful and Grateful for him and his crew. arrived timely with no delays and clear communication always. I have no doubt about recommending him to family or friends, He is such an Honorable business Man ."

"Dan showed up on time and was very polite and appeared to be very knowledgeable.  Early in the inspections he asked us if we planned to do any renovations and we said "yes."  That is where things went wrong.  Although he still did what seemed to be a thorough inspection he spent a lot of time going on and on and on about the evils of Fiberglass insulation and suggesting to us that we hire someone he knows to come out and do work to make sure no fibers were making it into the main part of the house.   He was very slow getting the report back to us and when it did come it contained several pages again about the cancer causing properties of fiber glass.  Its clear that he has a lot of passion and concern around the fact that people still broadly use something that could cause cancer but in my mind it crosses the line when he starts recommending people to come out and remove it - I would go so far as to cause that a conflict of interest for a home inspector.  We have now moved into the house and have discovered that he missed some very basic things which we are now having to get fixed (dryer vent broken and clogged, oven door falling off, light switches not working) and on the other side he raised issues that did not exist such as telling us we had galvanized pipe when we do not.  In the end there were al lot of valid items in the report but we are left with an unsettling feeling of being not exactly sure what we got.
