"We have had Mike Saulino and his crew do work on our rental home. 1. He responds immediately when you contact him. 2. He will schedule within a day or so to look at the job. 3. He provides a written estimate shortly after the site visit and then upon your agreement, he schedules the work and starts all preliminary set-up. His team arrived promptly at 8:30am and started the job. They were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. This was a big job, as we were getting ready to rent the house back out within a few days.
