He provides a written estimate shortly after the site visit and then upon your agreement, he schedules the work and starts all preliminary set-up. His team arrived promptly at 8:30am and started the job. They were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. This was a big job, as we were getting ready to rent the house back out within a few days.
