"On the left side by the garage all of the damaged stucco had to be removed. had to replace the area with plywood. trim also in hardie around 4 windows. Add hardie siding in lap pattern. Caulk and touch paint everything they replaced. On the left/front side very extensive damage Our home is all stucco. termite damage needing all new wood repairs, 0ur home was built in 1937. Repaired overhead on west side with all new wood. the work was IMPECCABLE. the crew very kind and professional,. Our home is beautiful, Mr Santacruz provided a well developed itemized estimate for the repairs and we were able to budget for the costs. I never once questioned the competency of his work or crew. clean up of our property was daily and without hesitation. I am so Thankful and Grateful for him and his crew. arrived timely with no delays and clear communication always. "I was extremely pleased with the job that SES Enterprises did.  The old door and window had not been used for many years and were in an area that had suffered a lot of termite damage in the past.  The SES crew was able to remove all of the old termite damaged materials as well as the door and window.  They reconstructed the wall and replaced and repaired the exterior siding in such a manner that the rather large patch in the outer wall is undetectable from the outside.  The job actually turned out much better that I was expecting it could.  The crew performing the work were professional in appearance and conduct.  They did the work quickly and removed all of their materials and waste afterward.  I would hire SES again."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
