Can't say enough about Pedro and his crew. They have done 3 large jobs and multiple smaller jobs for me. They have always completed the jobs timely and professionally. Most of all, I love that he stands by his work. I had to call him back on a Hardi siding issue an entire year after completion and he came back and did the repair with no questions asked. I truly respect a businessman like that. It's rare these days.

Pete Sta Cruz was the contractor and was always on the time and he was always there on the job site and always available on the phone. If I have concerns about the things involve in the work he was quick to address them. Overall I am happy with the project.

This company was very professional and did excellent work in my home. They replaced rotten siding, rebuilt a balcony, fixed roof leaks, and painted. At every step, the boss oversaw the job and coordinated the team. He stayed in regular contact with me and made sure the job was done right. The pricing is fair. I highly recommend the company.

Not a big project, it was a fence removal, but they did an excellent job. They were courteous and efficient and completed the project w/o issue and at the quoted price. They left the site cleaner than they found it and I would hire them again without hesitation.

The owner, Pete, is a 1st Class contractor. I used him on multiple projects. He communicates well and does what he says he is going to do. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He followed up on the few punchlist items we had in a timely manner. He is probably the best roofing contractor I have ever worked with. Fair pricing and extremely competente. It went very well, especially considering the conditions. Santacruz was able to make last minute adjustments to what I wanted done and they did it with precision considering the conditions that existed. I would hire them again if I need to replace the entire fence.
