Not a big project, it was a fence removal, but they did an excellent job. They were courteous and efficient and completed the project w/o issue and at the quoted price. They left the site cleaner than they found it and I would hire them again without hesitation.

The owner, Pete, is a 1st Class contractor. I used him on multiple projects. He communicates well and does what he says he is going to do. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. It went very well, especially considering the conditions. Santacruz was able to make last minute adjustments to what I wanted done and they did it with precision considering the conditions that existed. I would hire them again if I need to replace the entire fence.
