Very responsive and crew was courteous and hard working. They made quick work of a tedious and time consuming job at a very reasonable price. Proper prep work was completed before prime and paint was initiated, which is crucial for lasting results. Project was completed with a walk-around inspection with owner.

Michael Ogden was very professional and constantly kept me informed about the work. I have a home uptown thatâ s over a 120 years old and besides painting I had some column, deck, and additional exterior repair work. Micheal ensured the work done was fitting to the architectural design of the home (cypress). His price was very fair. His work was excellent.

We hired Michael to remove the vinyl siding from our house, repair the existing wooden siding, and then paint it. In the course of doing that we realized we needed to do some important work on our foundation sills along with a couple other things that were crucial for maintaining our house for the long term. He and his crew were great to work with, friendly, hardworking, and skilled. We fully recommend Michael and his crew.

"Amazing people . Yes we were just to remove the siding and paint but I told Kyle and Marynell we might find anything wrong behind the siding . The siding was in good shape but we did find about 160 liner feet of rotten 6x6 sills. And as always I just charged labor and material plus 20% . That's very fair. I hired Mr Ogden to do a major restoration on my 150 year old family home. He was professional and and very easy to work with. His crew did a fantastic job and were very knowledgeable in their craft. Mr Ogden has a passion for what he does and came up with some great ideas for my home. I would definitely recommend him and have him back to work for me in the future.

I would give zero stars if I could. I couldnt be more dissatisfied with Mike Ogden and the work he performed, or I should say didnt do on my home. It has been over a year since Mike was in my home, but I am now feeling more compelled to write this review. My parents suggested Mike to repair some small water damage on my living room ceiling. They had used his services before and were happy enough with the work he did. After trying to get a quote for over a month, he finally came over to my house. After 2 days of (my guys didnt come to work today) he finally comes over with a quote. $350.00 to skim some and paint a 3x3 section of sheetrock on a ceiling and find and repair the source of the leak. My husband and I moved the furniture twice (he told us he would charge us if his guys had to move it) because of his inability to show up to an appointment he scheduled. When the painter was finished, the ceiling is gray, not white. I understand that you usually have to paint an entire ceiling, but the painter didnt wait for the mud to dry, so the wet mud and white paint turns gray. The quote also included some work to the outside of the house to see if they could find the the reason for the leak in the first place. This work was never done. When Mike called to be paid, I asked when this part of the job would be done. He said no, it wasnt needed. I asked for the price to be adjusted since all the work on the quote was not done. He refused, and continued to harass me even after I left him a check as he requested. I was pregnant at the time and didnt feel like fighting with this man anymore. Now, a year later, my parents are in arbitration with Mike Ogden. He didnt complete the work on their house, the work he did complete was crappy, and he left a huge trash pile in their yard, which they had to pay someone else to come pick up. THEN, Mike Ogden has the nerve to use me as a good reference in the arbitration. He claimed he installed French doors in my house and that I was very pleased. I do not have any French doors in my house, nor am I pleased with any of the work he has done. This man is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend Mike Ogden.

They repaired a flat roof leak, installed attic stairs and patched/repaired and painted a sheetrock ceiling. They do great work and I have and will use them again.

Michael constructed a shed for my backyard. He worked with me to do a paint color matching to my house and since it was elevated he even crafted a ramp for me to use when wheeling in a lawnmower.

Ogden and Son was quick to respond to a roofing leak call. We determined that the roof was in need of replacement. They performed a replacement and warrantied their work. The job was expanded to include some interior painting. We later called on them for a bath addition. Michael was easy to work with and made sure that we were satisfied with the job.

Hired Ogden and Son for exterior siding repair and paint, as well as gutter repair. Called and they very prompt in getting me an estimate. Started right away and was very impressed with paint crew. Did an excellent job replacing the damaged siding and preparing the surface for paint. Place looks great, and would recommended Ogden and Son for any home improvement needs. Will definitely use in the future.
