After receiving 4 estimates from contractors with good recommendations we selected Progressive because they had the most comprehensive contract (8 pages) and top workman's warranty and the best price by far. The rest included ones that were two to 2.5 and a half times greater The entire experience from beginning to end was first rate, professional and friendly. We had good meetings with the estimator, the production supervisor, and the crew head. We give them our highest recommendation.

Replace shingle roof and carport flat roof after Hurricane Ida. Very professional organization. Lisa was great at keeping me informed of process and availability. Kristy did a fantastic job responding to my inquires and followed-up with a small item after the work was complete. Easy process to pay and sign agreement. Hired previously for a flat roof and would hire again.

We contracted Progressive Home Improvements LLC to perform our roofing work several days before Hurricane Ida hit. I understood the delays in getting material after the hurricane, but when I called the project manager for an update she never returned my call. The only update I ever got from them was when my shingles were finally in their warehouse. They never updated me on the time when they would be delivered to the home, time the roofers would be here, or when they would show up the next day (6:30 AM) I remember because that is when they started pounding on the roof without any announcement. They were also supposed to perform some ceiling work which we had 2 subcontractors come out to estimate then 2 weeks later they decided, once again, to show up unannounced. We were about fed up by that time so we turned them away. The roof replacement was low quality because the roofers were also supposed to replace facia board which they neglected to do, and were going to shingle over 7 pieces of broken and rotting decking, but I had to stop them and insist that they stop any more work until they replaced it. Instead of replacing the entire sheet of decking, they only cut the decking to fit over 2 rafters and replaced only the cracked areas. There were still several areas that I would have liked to have replaced (the decking was buckling under my 190-pound weight), but the contractor inspector insisted this was adequate and up to code. I was drawn to select them by the 12-year warranty and the annual 5 years of follow-up inspections. We'll see. Also, the subcontractors did not clean up after themselves well and left a pallet and a tarp filled with roofing waste. I called them several times to collect this, but no one ever showed. Don't waste your time and money!

Traditional family owned and operated Dany ( 2nd generation)explained process then held to every promise made They cleaned up yard afterwards All employees were prompt usually here early stayed late when needed They were all dressed with the proper clothes clean most spoke fluent enhlis were respectful and polite wish they offered more than roofing !

The representative that came out to give an estimate on replacing my roof in Harvey, LA was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood every thing involved. When our appointment was scheduled, the crew arrived on time and completed approximately 95% of the job on the 1st day. They returned early the next morning to complete the job and clean-up any nails/debris that may have been left behind. The crew was strictly work oriented, fast, efficient and clean. I was pleased with their quality of work and would definitely recommend Progressive Home Improvement to anyone who need roofing work done.

The company and their process was great. My initial contact was Ms. Lisa. She was awesome!!! She informed me of how the process would work. She worked with me until I selected my shingles. I was then put in contact with Ms. Christy. Again another great employee. We ordered shingles and she set my installation date. On the day of installation, the installation team arrived on time. They were very professional. They completed 98% . Returning the following morning to complete the remaining work. They cleaned up very well, policing their brass (picking up nails). The fireman walked with me around the house and addressed any of my concerns. Great job Progressive!!!
