Southern Home Improvement Center did a great job. 1972 aluminum windows were replaced quickly and professionally. The did such a good job we had them replace our vinyl siding too.

The job was done well. The communication could have been better. The job started on a Thursday. I wasn't told when of if they'd be back to finish. They showed up Monday morning without any notice to finish. My patio turned out nice, though.

Installed gutters around entire perimeter of our home. Service was timely and done in a professional manner. Results excellent. We recommend Southern for all your home improvement needs.

Several days later as I was working in my yard, I began to see different articles around my yard. I was not too happy about to see this stuff around my ard.

Salesman Mike Calico was very informative and there was no pressure. I was impressed immediately!! Office staff were very polite and helped efficiently all the way thru. James - office manager was very courteous when going over my order!! Installers were here at 9am sharp and were very efficient and polite and did an amazing job!!!! 9am - 4pm and they were finished!!!! I was very impressed!!! Would recommend them 100%!!!

***Disclaimer*** I am rating five stars so far based upon the service I have received so far. I am not scheduled to have my screened patio installed until next month. I received 4 different quotes for this job and decided to go with Southern. They were not the least nor most expensive bid I received but I did like the thoroughness of my estimator, George. I also felt a little more comfortable going with a company who does not sub out the work. I will update my rating once the job is complete but so far, I am satisfied.

They not only were the best priced but they discussed options with me and showed me all of their insurance paperwork so that I knew I was dealing with a reputable company...

Exceptional customer service and response to all our questions. I canâ t say enough about the two installers and how well they did on our job. Everything went well and 12 windows installed and clean up completed in just 5 hours. They installed 12 windows and removed all old windows with great clean up.

My wife wanted a screened in patio for her Christmas present. We received 3 bids. This bid tied with 1 other contractor. We chose Southern because they specialize in the project we needed. We also added on Gutters to the home. All came out great! From the initial call to the payment, they could not be a better company to work with. We have recommended them to our friends and will use them again on our next home.

Just be ready for weather delays.

So far no problems with the screening. The installer was very professional, and worked continuous to get the job done.

Southern Home Improvement had a professional staff that provided feedback and input that helped me make good decisions. If something did not seem to be a good idea, they helped decide on the right changes. Their communication with me was my most impressive aspect of what they do. It is easy to find someone to do construction work. It is much harder to find someone who will provide insight and ideas to what you want to accomplish. I was not sure what I wanted, and they helped me figure it out.
