"Dan and his team did the most comprehensive inspection that I have ever experienced, and I could not be happier. Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. "Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"
