Insurance was calling it a "Lead Abatement Certificate" FYI, it took me a long time to figure out what was needed, but Craig confidently communicate with our insurance provider and got it finished with a very quick turnaround.

When I purchased my house in October, I ended up having two inspections done. Craig, with In-depth Inspections performed the second inspection and found major issues that were not found by the previous inspector. Being a first time homeowner, who is not that knowledgeable about important construction aspects that needed to be addressed quickly to prevent costly maintenance, I am very grateful that Craig found these issues and taught me why they were important. He was pleasant and knowledgeable being that he has been in the construction business for 30 plus years. He provided me with pictures and even took the time to educate me about how to better care for my house and items that need monitoring.
