I typically don’t do reviews but had to after the outstanding service I received from Presidential AC & Heating. After purchasing a duplex, my tenants AC went out, and needed to be replaced. I honestly didn’t know where to start. Presidential was one of the first companies I called and they came out ASAP! Roosevelt was very professional and throughly explained all my options. Within 2 days, my tenants AC was back running AND he didn’t break the pockets! If you are looking for a company that is ethical and makes your comfort a priority, I highly recommend them.

I have been having a/c and heat issues for a while. I reach out to serval company's for service, but presidential offered me the best price and service! Roosevelt is the best at what he does and his overall knowledge is impeccable. Him and his team performance was over and beyond what I had expected and would highly recommend this company. I had a unit that kept tripping the circuit breaker, and also needed seasonal maintenance. Roosevelt determined my a/c was fine, that the problem was a bad circuit breaker, which he replaced. He also did my seasonal maintenance on 2 houses even though he was very busy with the usual summer emergencies. I've used him before and he provides great service and his price is better then most.

Had to go through hwa for a broken ac and the first company didn’t finished the job and as to go thru the whole hwa process but luckily Mr Roosevelt came thru this time and fixed the a/c unit. Then 5 months later when winter cam the heater didn’t kick in b/c the first company took out the electrical motherboard and caused the house to be so cold and I have babies in the house. Requested hwa to send out Presidential and Mr Roosevelt able to convince hwa to get a whole new furnace due to the first ac guy botched work.

Presidential made two trips out to my house, and did not charge labor for the second trip, only parts. I had some sort of electrical surge hit my house, which blew a contactor. They diagnosed and fixed that issue. When the house still didn't cool down fully the next day, they came back promptly and worked with my alarm system company to determine the thermostat was bad. They were easy to work with, professional, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. I would absolutely use them again, and we'll recommend them to others.

Roosevelt came out and checked my system to see why we weren't getting cold air. He found that we had too low pressure due to freon leaking. He checked the outdoor unit and evaporator coil and determined the leak was coming from the evaporator coil. He was able to get it replaced the next morning. He and his colleague were professional and quick with their work.

Thorough checkup with a lot of explanation and description of what he was looking for and ways I can prolong the life of my A/C.

They came out, found the problem quickly and got the parts ordered. As soon as the parts came in they came back in a timely manner and fixed our AC. It has never worked better !! They are great in explaining what’s going on, and are very courteous. They will be the ones I call for any future problems.

Mr Roosevelt was wonderful during a nightmare situation with the home warranty company. He went to bat for me, was prompt, and patient with me as I was losing it with the home warranty company. All the repairs were done immediately upon approval and he even came back to make sure everything was working properly after the electrician ran new wiring at no charge. If I ever need a heating or ac guy again, they will be my first call.

Roosevelt was outstanding! On one of the hottest days in July, my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called Roosevelt and he came over in less than an hour and added Freon to my unit to get me through the weekend. Knowing that my old HVAC was in need of replacement, I got three quotes on a replacement. Roosevelt provided the most reasonable and competitive offer. He quickly replaced my HVAC with a new unit and hauled away my old unit and the debris. I can't recommend Roosevelt enough!

I had several estimates for the work I needed done. Presidential's price was excellent, and the reviews here were terrific as well. The most important factor for me, however, was that when Roosevelt came to meet me and give me a price, I felt that he was the only one who communicated human to human with me. My feeling for all the others was that they were salesmen and I was someone they wanted to sell something to. Roosevelt talked to me as a person - his orientation was to help me get this done. He was open, responsive, and knowledgable. He replied to messages and questions quickly. He showed up when he said he would. He performed the work efficiently, effectively, and professionally. I would definitely hire Roosevelt again, and I will recommend Presidential A/C to others.
