"This was one of my best experiences with a contractor. When the job started, they showed up on time, every day until the job was done. The quality of the tile work was exceptional. They took care to protect the floor from the door to the bathroom everyday and cleaned up after themselves every evening. The owner came over a couple of time to check on progress. There was one extra for reframing some of the wall studs that had termite damage and this was taken care of with a written quote. I'd definitely recommend this company."

The pictures of the roof look fantastic and I would recommend Samuel to all of my friends and family. His work ethic, knowledge, skill sets its worth every penny. Also, I did like the fact that he was licensed, bonded, and guaranteed his work. His professionalism was up to standard and he provided a contract to us with his signature to keep for our records. "The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."
