"The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."

"I would highly recommend JCT solutions. We had a room replastered and a new attic access installed. JCT were great at communicating from the beginning and throughout the project. Mark is professional and they are reasonably priced. The plastering team were efficient, worked well together and cleaned up after the project was completed. "It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. They also clean drapes and carpet. A+ for Clean Pro!"
