Adam and his crew did a wonderful job making our dream a reality! Adam came to our home and set down with us to discuss the plans and then designed exactly what we wanted. It came out better than expected and I would recommend TruPro patios to anyone who is looking to get their dream patio or screenroom projects complete. Thank you TruPro! Coming out and actually doing the work was great...now it leaks and I've been calling and leaving messages since ~October with no return call...can't even reach them by phone...always goes to voicemail....bad business....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...so I will be reporting this to the BBB.....so sad. Just tried again, just now, calling and their number no longer works.

Had issues getting them to come out and get the work done but it was also after Ida and post Covid so not sure how much that influenced the timing.

Very professional..customer service is excellent..informed me about all work being performedâ ¦bad weather prevented my start date and I was notified ahead of time ..Adam is great and delivered on all he said when first coming out to bid on project ..although he had the job when I met with him ..THANK YOU TRUPATIOS

Dennis tore down what was left of my existing patio following damage caused by Hurricane Ida. The patio was built by my father in 1964, so I was sad to see it go. Dennis replaced it with an aluminum patio in less than a week. He did all the work by himself and cleaned up each day, leaving the area in pristine condition. Knowing how sentimental I was about the space, he surprised me with a wonderful gift--a plaque he made using all of my dad's original materials, including nails! He inscribed his creation with "Dad's Patio 1964." I was blown away by his workmanship and his kind gesture. I highly recommend Tru Pro Patios for any screen room work you need done. You will be pleased with the service and the results.

Hired TruPro Patios to remove old wood deck and replace with cement floor and addition of screened-in room. We are thrilled with the outcome! Great communication from Adam, and top notch job done by his crew(s) from start to finish! We love our new screen room!

I am just in love with the patio cover truPro patio installed for us. The quality is amazing. I met too many patio cover companies but Adam from truPro patio got me the best quality in my budget. Adam is the owner and he is very knowledgeable and nice.

A bit pricey but it looks fantastic. It attaches to our house and shed. Looks like it's been there forever.

TruPatio was easy to work with. They contacted us right away about coming out to give us a quote. The pricing was very reasonable. The installation was done in one day. The patio looks great. We would use TruPatio again for another patio job and highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a patio.

Adam was very professional and informative about the installation and product. Dennis was very brave to climb on top of the roof to attach the gutters! Terrence was thorough and very pleasant to work with. I didnâ t have to pick up anything when they were finished, All trash and debris was picked up and hauled away. I definitely recommend this company and their employees to do any job they offer!
