From the floors to kitchen and bathroom remodel, he did a great job - this was a time and material job as I did not know how the money flow goes. Every week I had my invoice with supporting documents. Everything was straight forward - he had the crew there, the dumpster , porto-let and all what was needed to start. I even went to check his insurance myself (even though he did had it send from the insurance company), as I do no not trust anybody. "Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."
