Working with Mike was a great experience. He and his team repaired termite damage to half my home. From start to finish, he was very responsive, making a very stressful home repair much easier than I anticipated. The team worked quickly and ended up finishing the job quicker than the original timeline proposal, which was a huge plus, and photo updates of the house were sent to me daily. The final finishing touch was a cleaning service that came through to help get my house truly back to it's original state!

I absolutely this company, Upon seeing I needed a roof, RH & MS contacted me. They came immediately to patch the hole created by Hurricane Ida. Mr. Mike worked with me with the FEMA process. Once approved by FEMA, Mr. Mike came with his crew and fixed my roof in 1 day. I find Mr. Mike and company totally professional and courteous. He worked with me with the money FEMA gave me. He took the time to come in my house to see if any water damage was in any room. Mr. Mike was patient with me, explained everything clearly and thoroughly of what was going to be done. I am a senior and his courtesy and patience is so appreciated. He was timely, efficient and a job very well done. For the money, they did an excellent job. The new roof is of excellent quality. the detail to the new roof was so very satisfying. I would definitely recommend RG & MS to anyone. Any home project that I need, I will only call this company. They are punctual, patient and made me feel totally at ease and sure that the work they said they would do was done quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Mike. He was and is so kind.

The fence survived Hurricane Ida, and it looks fantastic. Mr. Salino did not waste my time, and I did not waste his. I would hire him again.

RH&MS, LLC was hired to do a kitchen remodel that ended up being a major renovation project. The RH&MS team worked diligently to fix problems beyond the scope of the project to ensure the project was done properly. I was lucky to have this company take this project.

They were very timely, professional and seemed to really care about the quality of the final product. They paid attention to every little detail, I know this deck will last us for years to come based on the quality of the work they provided. I told Mike, the day they finished renovating my home, that I would give him a FIVE STAR review for the outstanding work his company did on my home. This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months. I would highly recommend RH & MS General contractors with out reservation.

Great workmanship and communication throughout the complete renovation of a Katrina derelict. The entire project was finished in just a few months which even spanned the holidays at the end of the year. From start to finish, they were extremely and efficient and the final product was amazing ! I would definitely hire Mike, OB, Jack, and their entire team again !!

I hired RH & MS to turn my flip house into an AirBnB . I contacted a few other contractors on Homeadvisor as well. First, some never showed up for the scheduled appointment and others did not even contact me back after meeting them. I was a bit skeptic about reviews I have seen, but after meeting with Michael Saulino and his superintendent, I was very comfortable hiring him. RH&MS is excellent. They did a total remodel/ upgrade of the house, bathroom, floors, kitchen, lights, some roof repair and some doors, trim and molding etc. Mikes is an expert in his field. The crew is very good. I was impressed with their quality of work and the focus on the details. They were always on time and very dependable. Mikes bid for our remodel was very fair. They are straight forward and kept me in the loop all the time with daily pictures, text messages and calls. It was a big win win for both of us. Because of the quality of work, I am planning on hiring them again. From my experience I highly recommend RH&MS regardless what other reviews say.

They were very friendly and professional. Very trustworthy. Did an excellent job throughout the process. Cost was reasonable and they had everything done within 3 weeks!!!!! I originally called Mr. Mike for some demo work but with his quotes - and my comparing quotes - i saved money overall by using him for everything i needed (new floors, custom cabinets, painting etc). He had great suggestions for the projects. He really does take pride in what he does. They even wanted me to look over everything for a few weeks to make sure I was happy with everything and if there was anything they overlooked. I highly recommend them (and I already have to quite a few of my neighbors and friends). You will not be disappointed. He takes the headache out of everything and makes the process easy because he knows what he's doing and talking about. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Mike, his wife and his staff!!!!

This company was extremely professional and efficient. They were very respectful and cleaned up every day. They treated my property as it was their own. Good to see somebody taking pride in their work. We hired RH & MS, LLC to install a bathroom in the master bedroom. They installed a shower, a tub, toilet, vanity, tiled, painted and build a linen closet, plumbing and such. My wife came in with very high expectations from one of these TV shows and wanted everything look exactly like the TV shows. This company was working with me on my budget and it's appreciated. They did their very best on the small budget I had. I was given estimates as well as a list of tasks completed. Every question I had was professionally answered. They might be a little more expensive than others, but they are fully insured and licensed and have pictures to show past work done, which was very import to my wife. I will recommend them to anybody. Good hard working people. The most dependable contractor I ever worked with. I will have more work done in the future and I sure will hire Mike and his crew again.

We decided to hire this contractor for a bathroom renovation after reading several good reviews about their work. The contractor responded very quickly to our request for a quote, came to our home and gave me a written quote that included the cost of materials. My husband and I decided to get the project started at the beginning of November. When the crew arrived, they were very polite and respectful and began the demolition process. Once the project was underway, we began to notice some descripincies in what we were told would be included in the materials cost and what we would be responsible for. Once the project was complete, there was a large gap between the tub and the tile that the carpenter filled in with grout. The perimeter of the inlay soap niche, which was built into the wall, had exposed tile because they did not put boarder tile around it. They tried to tell us that they had suggested a border tile but we had no idea what they were referring to as this was our very first renovation project. So now the soap dish overall looks incomplete. We had also discussed having floating shelves placed above the toilet, however that was never done. We also noticed that there were mismatched chrome finishes in the tub, that they added at the last minute, although the rest of the finishes were brush nickel. Upon receiving the final payment for the project, the contractor told us that he would look into the mismatched tub stopper, and overflow valve and get back with us, but he never did. Overall, we are very disappointed in the final product as this contractor made no efforts to ensure we were completely satisfied with his team's work. I also believe we overpaid for less than stellar work. Once he was paid, we never heard from him again. I would NOT recommend this company regardless of the number of favorable reviews he has online.

Mike and his crew tackled several projects at my house and a lot of the work was satisfactory but one particular issue is ridiculous and I can't get the company to return my calls or texts. They installed a hot water heater in my attic but did not run a hot water line from the new heater to the kitchen sink. I haven't been able to reach them to talk to them about correcting this problem and I'm very frustrated.

Mr. Saulino came to my house to review a project where another contractor had stopped working. We discussed the project and he gave me a written contract detailing what he was going to do and when. The project was completed professional and timely. Working with Mr. Saulino and his crew was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and I.

Mr Mike came to my to rental property to do some major carpentry work. From the floors to kitchen and bathroom remodel, he did a great job - this was a time and material job as I did not know how the money flow goes. Every week I had my invoice with supporting documents. Everything was straight forward - he had the crew there, the dumpster , porto-let and all what was needed to start. I even went to check his insurance myself (even though he did had it send from the insurance company), as I do no not trust anybody. Everything went well and I can charge even more rent as my property is up to date and to code. Thank you again Mr Mike for the great job you did.

We have had Mike Saulino and his crew do work on our rental home. 1. He responds immediately when you contact him. 2. He will schedule within a day or so to look at the job. 3. He provides a written estimate shortly after the site visit and then upon your agreement, he schedules the work and starts all preliminary set-up. His team arrived promptly at 8:30am and started the job. They were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. This was a big job, as we were getting ready to rent the house back out within a few days. They did some outside repairs as well as inside, including soffits, fascia, siding, tile, sheetrock, carpentry work as well as some landscaping. We also had them replace some deck boards. Excellent job, professional, dependable & extremely competent. We highly recommend RH & MS, LLC for any type of construction job!

I have rental property in New Orleans and hired Mike with RH & MS, LLC. They redid the entire house with Hardi siding, installed a new front door and framed all windows, painted, installed new lighting as well. RH & MS ( Mr Mike) conducts their business like it is a business. He does what he says he will do and what our contract says. He kept us updated on the progress at all times. We checked out all his credentials before we hired him as well. We have had them to do two jobs for us and we are pleased with the work they did. Mike is very personable and we will continue to use his services. His crew is also very knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

I hired them to install kitchen appliances: gas stovetop, gas wall oven, stove hood and sink. It was on a Saturday because that is when the new countertop was being installed. Robert came to my house after the two workmen had arrived. He said that he came to explain the way they work. He said that for this job he was charging me premium fee (double) for the Saturday job and he required payment in full immediately. The men had already turned off the water and gas, removed the old appliances and loaded them on their truck. I paid Robert full in cash. They only installed the sink and stove top, took all my money, never finished the job and would not answer my phone calls after that. Now my money for the job is gone and I still don't have my oven and stove hood installed. They are liars and crooks. They didn't even give me a receipt for three days after the Saturday they started the job. Also, things were stolen from my yard, but I didn't not see if they took them. They charged me $900.00 for this rotten work!!!

I had a water source which allowed Formosan termites to live. This company performed demolition/carpentry /sheet rock & roofing recommendations. I highly recommend this company for all home repairs.

They were very helpful and made me aware of what was going on. They also made me comfortable by explaining any additional task and cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
