It was incidental , it was crap. They didn't do anything with the garage door itself and even got my arm broken because they were not able to fixed it.

You can trust all the great reviews for Crescent City Garage Door on Angie’s List. As many of the other reviews mention, they were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They untangled and tensioned the cables, got the door back on the rails, straightened some minor damage, adjusted the torsion spring and opener drive belt, and lubricated everything for $120. My garage door opens and closes more smoothly and quietly than ever before! If you like dealing with fair and honest people, give Crescent City a call when you need garage door service.

Had backed into my garage door, making a dent in couple of panels. Others thought they were made of wood and not repairable. Kevin identified the panels as sheet metal and was able to bend in the part of the water mark that was binding, straightened out the track, and got the door back to working condition, and then did a tune up as well. I was impressed.

Called to request repair service for broken door plus re-balance a second door. Technical came by and inspected the doors. Informed us that whoever adjusted it before had over-tightened it and cause some damage to the drum. He need to get some replacement parts and would be able to return in two days to fix it. Technical returned as scheduled and was able to have both doors worked properly. The bill was less than $250, which I thought was a great value. Technical was professional and honest. I would definitely recommend the company.

Called Crescent City Garage Door on Friday evening, because the torsion spring just broke...Spoke with Kevin and said he could come out Saturday morning, but there was an up charge of $100. I agreed to the charges and Kevin came out this morning to replace the Torsion Spring, lubricate the Rollers, and made an adjustment to the Garage Door Opener. The door is operating again, Thanks Kevin!!
