"It went well!  They also recharged my Freon.  This was on a Friday on a 3-day weekend, so I was sure I would be out of luck.  However, they were willing to come out and did a great job!"

"Our AC went out on 7/28 late in the evening. We were struggling to find a company that had availability to come out right away, or to even get a call back from other companies. I posted on Nextdoor asking if anyone in my area had recommendations for a company, and the owner commented on my post leaving his phone number. We called and he said he could come out that night - he came out at 9:30 at night (within ten minutes of us speaking to him on the phone). He was able to diagnose the issue, and had the AC working again within less than half-an-hour. He wasn't going to be able to get the needed part until the next morning, but he got our unit working in the meantime, and the next day sent a text exactly when he said he was going to, and showed up when he said he would, and got the work done timely.
