It went extremely well. I was impressed how quick they removed old siding and installed plywood and waterproof material. The siding went up well, took maybe twice as long as demo, but from what I understand installing Hardie isn;t the easiest thing, especially when it's 4" reveal like mine is. The porch had to be reinforced with add'l joists to handle the Aerista decking, a great product by the way.

The guys on the job were very easy to talk with about what was going on, did a good job of keeping everything neat and orderly while working.

I would be really hard pressed and would have to get very, very trivial to find one thing about the whole process I was unhappy with!
