They weren't able to actually replace the hardware because of access issues but spent 45 minutes working with the existing plumbing as best they could. The problem seems to have been resolved but because they couldn't guarantee it the technician didn't charge me. Win, Win for me.

They did an excellent job. I could not give all stars because the estimate that they gave turned out to be $150.00 less than the actual cost charged. I was satisfied with the job that was done so I did not question the over charge.
