"Sorry to see your review and concerns. As we have discussed thru email, in person, via phone. The generator that was installed in your home is functioning as it should and within all parameters as stated from Briggs and Stratton and also in accordance with the contract you signed. We performed additional work to run communications to the generator at no additional cost. The electrical issues you claim are because of the generator are in fact inaccurate. The Electrical system on your house, specifically the UPS, have been identified to be root causes. Hopefully, you have the correct equipment installed now to meet your electronic needs."
