Needless to say, it worked and there was no flooding at all during the rainstorm - we even flushed toilets and my daughter took a shower, but no backup and all the drains worked flawlessly!"

He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
