"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

The owner Lenny Powley spent 12 years with Lowe's Home Centers as the Installed Sales Manager, overseeing their installations of kitchens, baths, doors, windows, and much more. He then went on to work for an Atlanta Ga. company to oversee the renovation of a hotel in Washington D.C. After that returning to Paducah working in commercial construction for 4 years, then realizing that he wanted to start his own company. We are a small company that treats every job with care and attention to detail from start to completion. We do most all of our own work, however we do use licensed electricians and plumbers when needed. We are a design/build contractor offering drawings and creative input. Our knowledge of products, suppliers, and quality are unmatched which makes for a hassle free worry free experience. All of our estimates are free which include material and labor projections, along with time lines.
