"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage. He was very professional and arrived on schedule. It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place. He took pictures and notes. These proved to be exactly what we wanted! The process was not speedy. We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving. Santos and Shari worked together, finding the right specialists and contractors, keeping the permits on schedule and the work moving forward. They were professional.
