I used Molly Maids for the first time this week and they were wonderful. I decided to use them after trying out a few other cleaning services, and I'm glad I did! They were professional, courteous, and timely. I love that they're local and reasonably priced. I am excited to have them clean my home again next month!

when you pay 150.00 for 621 sq ft, that is highway robbery. Worked for 1 and 1/2 hours

They’ve done a great job for us. We use them for probably two years. Cleaning is alternated between both floors of the house one week and just downstairs the next. Wonderful job on hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances

I have never hired a cleaning company before so this was a new experience for me. Maybe it depends on who you get but I am spreading the word to not take a chance with them. I hired 2 cleaning companies once the movers emptied my house. I didn't think it could be thoroughly cleaned to my landlord's satisfaction since my landlord required cleaning that is not normal move out cleaning. The first company arrived and informed me that they couldn't clean my refrigerator because it hadn't been unplugged. I didn't know that so since I had Molly Maids coming, my first company did the bathroom, high dusting and windows...nothing in the kitchen. But Molly's crew had a third member...a trainee....make sure any trainee is actually supervised. After I was rushed through the signing off so they could hurry out the door, I discovered that my dishwasher door had scratches all over it. Prior to their arrival, there wasn't a scratch on any appliance in the four years I lived there. I had a neighbor helping me and was in my house during the time that both companies were there. She saw that the only person touching my dishwasher was Molly's crew. Luckily, my landlord's maintenance man was able to find a replacement door. Despite two witnesses other than myself (maintenance man never reported any damage to appliances despite working repeatedly on my ice maker located adjacent to the dishwasher), Molly's refuses to reimburse me for the cost of the door. They want a picture of it before they were there. I have never been so bored that I have wandered around my house taking pictures of appliances. However, if you decide to hire them, do not let them out of your sight. Examine each item they bring in to be used for cleaning. Hide any abrasive cleaning materials you have. They claim to only use a microfiber cloth....pry their hand open and check. Take pictures/video of every inch of your house. They will not take responsibility despite me having witnesses. They would prefer their reputation to suffer instead of reimbursement of $201.00. But, after reading some reviews on here, I am not at all surprised. At least the first cleaning company gave me a partial refund for what they said they had cleaned but actually did not. Molly Maids can't manage to have any level of being an ethical company. Do not take a chance! I'm sure they'll respond to this! The supervisor couldn't be bothered to reply to my email on how we proceed on this issue until I finally gave her a end of business date to give me her decision. Bet she'll move pretty on this....unless that would prove my point about delaying a decision by her on how we would proceed on this dispute. Bottom line....they aren't worth it and they don't have the professionalism to take responsibility for anything.

Successful and adequate cleaning for 11 years, at $75 then $88 per two weeks the last year.  Then Molly Maid quit on account of mold in the house.  After the house was cleared of mold, Molly Maid was willing to return, but the fee jumped from $88 to $175.
I decided not to renew the service.

They did a very complete job, from ceiling fan to baseboards, kitchen to bathroom. I use them on a monthly basis and I am very pleased with them.

The cleaning ladies may be fast but do a great job.  We have had friends comments about how much better the house looks since we changed house keepers.  I would recommend them

The first time they cleaned they did a very good job.  That was the only time.  Each time after that they would spend about 45 minutes cleaning my entire house, which is quite large and run out the door.  I would have to go behind them and mop and clean all over again.  It was questionable whether they even cleaned most rooms.  The only thing they seemed to be decent at was the bathrooms.  After complaining many times to their management, I finally gave up.  This service is very disorganized and the staff do not seem to have a clue and don't care.

The maids were very nice and did an ok job.  However, they NEVER came on time in the several months I used the service.  I spoke multiple times with the manager, Nikki, about them not being on time and she was unresponsive.  They continued to me late or just not show at all.  They no-showed at least 3 times.  I used them after they said they had new management and they still did not show up for the appointment and tried to come on the wrong day of the week.  Very poorly managed group.

Some of the teams did a good job cleaning, others rushed through and missed a lot of things like cleaning living room and kitchen. The teams were many hours later than time provided by the office manager. No one showed the last 3 scheduled cleanings even after confirming with the office manager. I  rescheduled my day to be there each time for nothing.

They do a good job. They do the job right. I don't have to read a list every time they come to make sure they get everything done.

The initial cleaning went well enough that I have them clean on a regular schedule. I would recommend them to others in the area in search of house cleaning.

They are a franchise. They have extremely terrible service. They said it would take two hours with two people, totally up to four hours. When I had my house cleaned before by an individual, it had taken them between 3-4 hours. So, I thought it was the right amount of time. The two of them went up and one of them told me that he would start on the downstairs shortly. After an hour and fifteen minutes in the upstairs, no one had come down. They were supposed to be finished with the entire house within two hours and they were not going to make it at that rate. So, I went upstairs and I told them to come downstairs. They said that it would take two hours to finish up. They told me that the lady at the office had done the estimate. I told them that she had not seen the house. They gave me an estimate for cleaning the house in the future and the amount that they gave was exactly the amount of time that the lady had said it would take when I called the office. They had told me that it would be $150 and the amount for two people working two hours was $160. She had quoted an amount less than two people working for two hours. When she said that, I told her that it was only supposed to take four-man hours. The bad part was the upstairs is only three small bedrooms and a bath. I had already cleaned most of the upstairs before they came out. They were supposed to be dressed in uniforms, but they did not have uniforms. They used to smoke. Later, when I went back upstairs to see what they had done, there were a couple of pieces of furniture that were not cleaned well. They didn’t clean the shelves. They did not do anything that they had said they would do. I have no idea what they were doing upstairs for an hour and fifteen minutes. They came downstairs and mopped the hardwood floors. That was basically all they did. They had dirty cleaning supplies; they had rags. They had shown pictures of spic and span cleaning supplies. Everything was filthy. They dusted the ceiling fan later and the dust fell on the floor that they had earlier cleaned. It was a complete disaster. After two hours, they had not finished. I didn’t have a good feeling about them personally. It was horrible. I called the manager while they were there. I also called the office and explained to the situation to them. The lady asked me not to pay. She asked me to wait until the owner called me. When I came back after making the call, they had already left with their stuff. They did not even wait to talk to me. No one has contacted me ever since. I did not pay anything, but I was putting the house on the market and the next day the photographer was coming out to take pictures of the interior of the house. I wanted a clean house. So, I ended up doing all the work myself. I had to clean the mess that they had made and it was horrible. This company was beyond bad. It was a nightmare. I would not even suggest or recommend them to others. They would have been reasonable, if they had done the work well. I will not use their services in the future.

They do a great job, and we’ve been happy with them. The things that they say they are going to clean are clean when we get home after they’ve been cleaning. They work on a contract basis, and we have them come out once a week. They charge $100 a week for a 3-storey home. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

First off, the woman showed up three hours early and I was in the shower. They just went over things and the dusting was not done right. It was like they had just taken a dust cloth at one end and just dragged it along. I looked at a picture from underneath and it was still dusty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned. They may have tried, but they did not get the corners. You could not even tell they ran the sweeper. They had to come back the next day and do it. The manager came along with them to check it out. At first she seemed to indicate that I was asking too much. So, I showed her the dust. When they did come back, they ended up breaking a picture of the wall and never even acknowledged it. They did not say anything.
