Immaculate Interior Cleaning was extremely responsive when I first contacted the company. David responded almost immediately. He scheduled a prompt appointment to come out for an estimate. He arrived on time. He looked over the place and quoted. We agreed on the spot. His pricing is reasonable and they do a great job. I talked about only having certain areas cleaned and David told me he recognized most folks spend most of their time in certain areas so he would just make sure everything was cleaned. He did not charge more for the first visit even though the first was more intensive. They come bi-weekly and I am pleased with the job. They come while I am at work, and they have never let me down. I highly recommend Immaculate Interior Cleaning. They do a great job on the hardwoods, the showers, the kitchen, the carpets and everything. I have roughly a 2700 square foot house - two story with a basement.

David did an amazing job. He took care of my needs right away and left my house feeling fresher and more alive than it had in years. The price was right, the service was friendly, and the house was clean!

David provides a good, thorough house cleaning. We have hardwood floors and they always look nice when he is finished. He is dependable and trustworthy. He always lets me know if there is anything unusual or any issues arise. He even works around our rather cantankerous cat.

Was unable to complete house in reasonable time.

It was excellent. I'm 100% sure he cleaned things that we have a) never cleaned or b) never thought to clean. He scrubbed our floors inch by inch by hand (!!!) which no other cleaner we've used has ever done. He even cleaned our front door. Amazing service, and he fit us in last minute pretty much which was impressive and so appreciated. If we weren't moving across the country I would definitely be using them moving forward!

I've really enjoyed working with David. He's easy to communicate with and makes the whole process painless. He takes time to focus on specific areas when asked and had been super receptive to feedback and figuring out what I'm looking for! I've also been really pleased with his general expertise, you can tell David is a professional who clearly understands where dirt and dust collect! I really appreciate that he tolerates my yappy dog and cleans while I'm at work. Makes coming home such a pleasant experience!

I don't think I've ever been so overjoyed with the meticulous manner my house was cleaned today?so impressed that I wanted to write a review while I am in the frame of mind.  From the stovetop in the kitchen to every floor surface in the house (marble, hardwood and carpet), as well as 3 bathrooms, a large den, living room, formal dining room, entry, laundry room, etc., my house was cleaned from head to toe by Mitchell.  He is truly a gem, puts his heart into his work and treats my home like his own.  He is one in a million.   Honestly I can't say enough good?form 1-5 stars, I would rate hime a 10.  

David cleaned our house and did an excellent job. I'm using him on a regular basis now because we can depend on him and appreciate all the extras he does for us.  He even took the time to sit down on the steps and meet our new dogs who met him at the door! He is always watchful for them running out the door too.  Anything I ask him about, he is eager to do.  He is always willing to work around our schedule and our floors always look 200% better after he cleans them.  David is just one of those people that understands good customer service!  I highly recommend him. 

David's services are excellent.  He is always reliable and does a great job with our home.  It's actually quite impressive, considering the fact that we have two big black shedding dogs.  Whenever we get back after David has come, all the black dog hair is gone and our house is spotless again.  I'm honestly not sure what I would do without him.  Knowing that he's coming every other week gives me such wonderful peace of mind.  All the paw prints will be gone, all the dog hair will be gone, and our house will be left spotless again!  I'm also impressed with how well he does cleaning around our goofy dogs while we are at work!  I highly recommend his services. 

Jimmy was punctual and professional and I couldn't have been more pleased with his services. He got right to work and left my home feeling refreshed. I have hardwood floors and the salt has been terrible to them over the winter. They look beautiful now!

I contacted David and he sent Jimmy to take care of me.  Jimmy was friendly and professional and very conscious of working around my schedule.  He listened to my specific requests and delivered exactly what I asked for.  The kitchen, by far, was the challenge of the job.  I had stains on my stove that I hadn't been able to get up for over a year.  It looked brand new when I got home!  
Everything was wonderful.  Jimmy was a sweetheart and really tackled the tasks that I requested.  I would hire him in a heartbeat again!

Very reliable and professional.  Have used other house cleaners in the past....these guys are the best I've had.  I have used them now for over 6 months and I am always pleased with the job they do.

Immaculate cleaning was a basic cleaning service for an expensive rate.  I prefer a more deep cleaning service, than everyday surface cleaning.  However, he was open to constructive criticism, but it just wasn't enough to continue with his service.

Michael is great!!!  He hand scrubs the floors and does a great job with the bathrooms.  He even managed to get rid of the hard water stains in the toilets...Yeah!!!  My mom is always so impressed with how clean the kitchen sink is and wants me to find out what he uses.  They are very hard working and responsible.

Overall, very pleased with their services.  Only 2 small issues:  they were about 30-40 minutes late and smelled of smoke.  Other than that, they cleaned the house systematically and professionally.  Good communication and work ethic. We would hire them again.

These guys are GREAT! David came over for an initial consultation within a couple of days after I contacted him. The price he quoted for complete bi-weekly cleaning was totally reasonable ($110). And they do a FANTASTIC job. My hardwood floors have never looked so good--and there's nothing better than coming home to a nice clean house. Highly recommended!!!

Love these guys! They have given us back our lives! They take put the clean back in our homes and the place is indeed immaculate.  They promptly arrive and go about their business in methodical manner. They are very flexible when we are home. Great with pets. Excellent job every time ! They clean the microwave, stoves, make the beds when i miss it, put the dishes in. The make our lives more manageable and i cannot believe how i got along before them. Thanks David & Mark!

It went really well. Michael came over and gave me an estimate. I have a 2100 sq ft house. The first time he came he spent a really long time cleaning and tried a number of things on the toilets. The hard water in the house had left them stained. He did damage one of the toilet seats, but replaced it at no cost to me. He did not take the check I had left until he talked to me about the damage and it was all worked out. He is very friendly and professional. He does a much better job on the kitchen floor than my last housecleaner did. He did manage to get the stains on the toilets cleaned up. Yeah!!! I have two dogs and he is great with them. He lets them out and puts the one that stays in a crate back before he leaves.

David & Mark are very professional and do a great job cleaning the house. We have 2 cats and 3 dogs that they take great care of when they are in our home. We are really particular about keeping our house clean, so finding someone as great as David is rare!

David does a fabulous job. He is always on time and very courteous! He definitely goes the extra mile.
