"I have used Tom Drexler multiple times. Their plumbers are always competent and the customer service is top notch. My recent project had to be rescheduled twice (due to delays with a contracter) and then the plumbing repair that was needed turned out to be a larger project than originally expected, but it was no problem. "They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."
