Because the toilet had been reset by different technician almost two months earlier, the company agreed to make the necessary repairs at no charge given the circumstances. "They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."
