"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. "These guys were top quality workers, they made sure they showed me all problems before the crew started working, also they pulled up the concrete in the basement and showed me some problems I had with my sewer pipes and worked with the plumbers to make sure we were taken care of.
