Windows Plus

Eli and Dwayne from Windows Plus did a great job with our shower install. Arrived on time (9:00A), finished about 4:30P. The water was turned off about two hours, no inconvenience. They left the house clean and gave thorough instructions on what to do for the next 24 hours, the maintenance and cleaning products to avoid. I asked questions which were answered promptly. The materials were as detailed when purchased. The plywood was marine grade. They did an excellent caulking job, very professional.

Installers did an excellent job job and am very pleased with the shower. Replaced our shower in 5 hours and redid the water pipes inside the wall. Put covering on all the floors they walked on.

Dallas and Gavin showed up when expected and were very courteous, professional and personable. They worked tirelessly and completed the job (10 new window installs) in what I considered record time. The windows are beautiful and do not disappoint! I highly recommend the guys and WindowsPlus!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Windows Plus! We had a shower and tub replacement and were thrilled with the results. Everyone was great from scheduling to sales to installation. Eli and Dwayne did a fantastic job with the install. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Windows Plus for any home improvements.

From start to finish this company was extremely professional. My salesman were wonderful and my installers were the best I’ve ever had. Polite, meticulous and did an incredible job on my very large bow window. I’m beyond happy and grateful.

There was a misunderstanding about the thresholds for the doors I bought. Nothing was ever resolved. We were told we would get a certain kind of threshold, but a different style was installed. We complained, but was told there was nothing that could be done about it. The installers were GREAT! Very nice and professional. So far I am very pleased with the 3 doors I bought (except the thresholds). Again, the installers were GREAT!

Absolutely fantastic, from the beginning ( estimate and consultation) to the end ( installation) including conversations in between with the office. Would hire them again!

I had a great experience with Windows Plus in Louisville. The salesman Micah was honest and transparent. He gave many options to fit what I was looking for and did not try to up sale for things not important to me. Installers were very professional and answered all of my questions with a smile. I would recommend Windows Plus.

I've been wanting to write this review for a while, but it's hard to find the time with a busy work life. Several months ago, we worked with Windows Plus to install a single fixed window that is approximately 2' x 3' to replace a small double hung window. We paid a premium to do so, approximately $1700. We did so because they're a local company and because they seem to treat their employees well and they told us they could give us the color we wanted. I'm giving them a 1 star review for the following reasons: • We were told very clearly that they could provide an exact color match to our existing windows. Turns out they couldn't. The window arrived and was the wrong color. We were told it was as close as they could get and we'd already paid a 50% non-refundable deposit. Had we known they couldn't match exactly and could only get "close", we would never have gone forward. Why would we want a window that doesn't match any of the rest of our windows (especially at that price)? • They agreed to paint the exterior of the window to match the color. I appreciated that. But the window grid inside the double-paned glass is still the wrong color. • They utilize a high pressure sales tactic where they tell you that the quote they initially give you is good only as long as the salesperson is there and that if you don't take the offer right away, the price will go up. So we have a new, very expensive, small fixed window that is partially the wrong color. Eventually, we'll have to address that with a new window that matches. So the window we have now is a frustrating waste of money. My strong advice to anyone that is considering working with them: • Get at least 2 other quotes before you call them. • If you need a particular color, make sure they can deliver. Ask them what happens if the color is wrong (remember that they require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front). • If they give you the hard sell, just walk away. There are other very good options here in Louisville for getting new high quality windows without the high pressure sales tactics.

Excellent salesmanship by providing plenty of time to understand product options. Installation of windows went smoothly and professionally. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality and functionality of my new windows.

VERY FRIENDLY

My husband and I had a tub installed today. I deeply regret our decision to use this company's services. The actual tub is perfectly fine. All other aspects of our experiences throughout the process has been far below our expectations. From the misrepresentation of the dimensions of the final product, misrepresentation of installation timeline, multiple last minute reschedules, to unprofessional conduct of the installation team. They were late and unable to complete the one day install we were supposed to have because the technician's wife decided on a last minute trip. No communication beforehand so that I could adjust my schedule appropriately for my own clients. This cost me additional money and professional embarrassment. They decided when they would return the next day to finish and still could not arrive on time. I am left feeling so very foolish for overpaying for this product that came saddled with such disrespectful service.

The installation went smoothly. They installed windows and 2 storm doors and they look absolutely beautiful!!

Workers arrived as scheduled and were on the job the entire time...no standing around smoking or talking on their cell phones. Were very conscientious and thorough with the work and inspected all windows with me to make sure they worked properly. I would definitely work with this company again!

They went above and beyond when installing our vinyl.
