However to change out two mid level LED bulbs cost me $588.00 that included a $127.00 first service fee to evaluate even after I sent all the information about the issue with make model ETC..., Service was good but 588.00 is crazy for two bulbs that Tok 17 minutes to replace."

"First, I received a text confirming the appointment the day I called to schedule. The text also provided the repairman's name. I appreciated that because too often you are unaware of the person's name that will be coming to repair the appliance. I received another text informing me that Denny, the repairman, was on his way. He arrived at the early part of the time frame (10:00 - noon) was courteous, professional, and very knowledgable about our washer model and many others (we had a conversation afterward about washers and their dependability). Denny diagnosed the problem with our washer immediately and had the piece replaced and the washer working in no time. I also received a final text to let me know the work had been completed, which would have been handy had I not been able to work from home that morning. I would recommend this company to others and will definitely call them again if and when the washer, dryer, refrigerator, and other appliances need repair."
