Did not repair not worth it

Arrived promptly and after a thorough investigation, advised that the 20+ year old dryer was not worth repairing.

Our washer began leaking on Tuesday. We tried to trouble shoot a repair ourselves, and realized it was beyond our scope. So we called Rick Greene's. The receptionist was polite and efficient, had gave me the earliest appointment available and the name of the person who would be coming, along with a window for his arrival. Logan called before arriving to let us know he was ten minutes away. He arrived promptly, and got right to work, pinpointing the problem in just a few minutes. He only charged for the visit--$39. Very reasonable. He even helped us make sure we had the right model pulled up on our iPad as we searched for a new one to buy right away. We will definitely call this company again when we need appliance repair. And we probably will soon, as our other appliances are between 10 and 20 years old.

We have used Rick for years to do appliance repairs and he has always been wonderful to work with. He does a very professional job with reasonable fees and is very reliable. He gives excellent advice about the cost effectiveness of continuing to repair an older appliance versus getting a new one.
