I like to buy my appliance's here due to low costs.

They had great service. They were just really professional, efficient and no problem at all. When we are in the store, I mean, they come out and measure everything and they were just really nice. They come back when they supposed to and we have no issue at all. It was great. No problems with the door, they called a few weeks later to make sure everything was okay and we have no issue. When they said they were coming, they were here, everything ordered on time, we have no problems at all.

They are close by and it is always fast to go through. I like their layout. I can get things cheaper online.

Home Depot sent a subcontractor to do the job. They did a very good job but they were very, very expensive. They were very thorough. They closed off the kitchen, took it apart, and redid it all by themselves. Then they cleaned up after themselves. I wanted someone to just come in and do it. All they did was replace the cabinets and the countertops. They didn't do that much but they did a very good job. I recommend them if someone isn't concerned about the cost. They cleaned up and taped the floors so that they wouldn't get sawdust anywhere and they did a thorough and good job. The price was very high for what they did. I would use someone locally next time. It wasn't done quickly but it was done well.

We didn't really talk to anyone or ask for help while we were there. I'd rate them very well across the board. It's the only Home Depot around, so I will probably be shopping there again.

I spent around $4500 for the door and the installation. One would never know the kind of subcontractor they are going to get. The quality of the door is awesome. I added a little bit more insulation myself as I could feel some air coming through from an area. I didn't like that as I had to fix it myself, but I knew enough to deal with that. I would use them for a single job, but not for the entire house.
