God. Show up on time and prices fair. Did not take long.

Very highly recommended!! Service tech just left my house, and I could not be more satisfied! He did no work to fix my "issue" other than to unplug for 30+ seconds (per the technical manual), however Rui took the time to explain what might be causing it. He also explained what steps to fix it if it continues. Gave me part numbers to order if I need to replace power boards so I could save money by ordering/doing it myself.

I highly recommend AMA Services.  They fixed my dryer and did it right the first time.  Kind, courteous, and friendly.  Couldn't be happier.

Showed up on time.  Was very informative about what needed to be done. Gave me advice that was good for me, not necessarily

good for his bottom line.  Always seems really concerned about what is best for the customer.  On this visit I was given advice

on what I needed to do, and the steps to take to accomplish what I needed to do to reach my goal (including using another service)

 I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.  Would not ever call anyone else for my appliance repair.

Overall the service provided a good evaluation of all appliances as well as an overview of preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of break down.  On the other hand, the provider seemed reluctant to do any more than very minor hands on maintenance of appliances even though it stated in the deal that specific hands on maintenance would be completed.  Unfortunately, only a month or so after the service, another appliance repair service had to contracted to look at the dishwasher due to subpar cleaning.  While the service provided was not something that required a formal complaint, I will not be using this provider in the future as I have found another that has gone above and beyond my expectations.

My ice maker had to be replaced. Rui Marques was the technician who came out. He was prompt and very courteous. He explained everything in detail .  He was even nice to my dog who tends to get very excited when people come.  I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

It was fine. They came out within about a week and a half after I purchased the deal. It was a reasonable time to set up an appointment. They were competent. They came in and did the job in a reasonable amount of time and did what I asked them to do.

They were great. It was really good. They came out within a week of purchasing the deal. They called a few days and we made an appointment.

It was great. Just what I needed to deal with a few minor issues such as my fridge defrost being alittle off and my dishwasher needing to be cleaned.

Rui Marques was the technician assigned to repair our Electrolux washer.  He was on time and very proffesional.  It turned out to be a very minor problem and spent more time educating me about how to maintain my appliance to minimize repairs in the future.  I asked about there rates for repairs not covered under a warranty, and they sound VERY reasonable.  He was very knowledgeable and thorough.  I would recommend him for any appliance repairs.

A.M.A. Services is an authorize repair place or factory authorized technicians and they work on my Frigidaire dishwasher. I called Lowes yesterday to tell them how wonderful I thought this guy was. I?m a firm believer that?s why I like Angie?s List. If I am a firm believer you should know how to give back the credit to people. People will pick up the phone and complain all the time but never fall back and say this guy was good that kind of thing and I?m one of those that call and tell you when I think somebody has been great and this guy was wonderful.

First of all he was on time, very professional, dress professional i.e. he has a nice uniform on. He wipes his feet when he walks in my door. I know a lot of people don?t think that?s a lot but for me it?s a lot. He told me things about my dishwasher that I did not know. He was above and beyond. Yes it?s hard to find people like him because it?s simply because he was doing a service for Lowes doing an extended warranty works. He could come in and just did what he needed to do and leave but he takes the time to tell me how to take care of my dishwasher, how to clean my dishwasher and if potential problems come up and look at this and this first before calling. He is very knowledgeable.

Rui was professional, courteous, and even put up with my nosey German Shepherd. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

Washer needed repair.  Rui had worked for me about a year ago.  He was very reasonable.  He will do a look at service call to determine if product can be fixed, then will price the repair.  Does what he says.  There was a mixup on the appointment time, he apoligized two or three times.  He will not leave until he thinks everything is done properly.
