TIS Appliance Repair

First, I received a text confirming the appointment the day I called to schedule. The text also provided the repairman's name. I appreciated that because too often you are unaware of the person's name that will be coming to repair the appliance. I received another text informing me that Denny, the repairman, was on his way. He arrived at the early part of the time frame (10:00 - noon) was courteous, professional, and very knowledgable about our washer model and many others (we had a conversation afterward about washers and their dependability). Denny diagnosed the problem with our washer immediately and had the piece replaced and the washer working in no time. I also received a final text to let me know the work had been completed, which would have been handy had I not been able to work from home that morning. I would recommend this company to others and will definitely call them again if and when the washer, dryer, refrigerator, and other appliances need repair.

He came, figured out it needed a new switch timer. it was near the end of the working day and the appliance parts store closed within 20 mins of him finding the issue. he ran to get the part and came back and within 15 mins had the dryer working and it works great now. Have some more appliance repairs I am going to have them do very soon! Great folks!

After he hung up I have been trying constantly to get ahold of them but they wouldn't respond. I finally got ahold of them using a different phone number and he started yelling using volger language and said that he'd she me in court. The problem with that is they have no address to be served. They claim to have a warranty on their products but they get you're money and run off with no way to find them. I lost $140 with noway to get a refund or actually all we want I'd the job done instead of the money. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEIR BUSINESS DISCUSSIONS ARE VERY POOR AND IMPROPER.
