"Happy you found a great service company and happy to have another great loyal customer!"
"I'm glad you gave us a chance to earn your trust as your appliance repair company. Hopefully we will meet again but not to soon and not for the same appliance!"
"Thank you for the nice review. It's been my pleasure to service your appliances over the years! Hopefully you won't need to call me too soon!"

"[Member name removed], I had advised you of a potential additional problem with your washing machine based on the problems you were having. You were aware of the wiring harness being bad as you inspected it yourself. My recommendation was to replace the known problem (wiring harness) and see if that took care of all problems. My company strives to maintain the best service reputation in the industry. In doing so we try not to sell you expensive parts that you may not need. I knew if I had replaced both parts the first time that your washer would be working perfectly but there was a possibility that the wiring harness was causing all your issues I'm sorry your still having problems with your machine but my offer still stands to replace your control board and only charging you for the part, no labor."
The freezer temperature started rising from its regular temperature of 0-degree F. The refrigerator side temperature is steady at its regular temperature of 36. This problem was emailed in detail to the company Friday night.
The service person visited on Saturday, and did a very cursory look . He was unable to diagnose the problem. There is clearly a problem in the freezer side with the temperature rising, but he said he did not see a problem. Specifically, he said he did not see any mechanical problems, and insinuated that it could be an electronic problem and he seemed to be incompetent in this area. He admitted he was confused about the problem.
His final recommendation: Just wait and see.
Also, his service call charge ($45) is quite steep for just a cursory check.
The senior discount is a joke. He refused to give the discount saying that no service was performed.
If you think you have an electrical or electronic problem, I feel that this person will not be the right choice to call.
What a waste of time and money. We will be looking for another knowledgeably repair person.
"When I arrived to your home you stated the freezer started working when you awoke. I spent 20 minutes inspecting the unit for any potential problems that would indicate why the freezer went to 32 deg the night before. Unfortunatley everything was working upon arrival. I can't diagnose or fix it if it is working. I then spent some time with you explaining what to look for if the problem persist and yes, then we "wait and see" if the problem happens again. As frustrating as these problems can be it was of no fault of our company or technician on repairing a working unit. As of our service call rates, i'm sorry you had me confused with the company in the phonebook with a $19.95 service call. I advised you that you wouldn't find that company on angies list as they are not a reputable company but you would find them in the BBB with a bad rating. My service call rates are very competive and no we don't offer discounts to a $45 service call, discounts are applied to the labor for repairing an appliance. Your appliance wasn't repaired it was inspected."
"I believe you have reviewed the wrong company. We don't have you in our database or on our scheduling system. Please verify the company and make the appropriate changes. Thank you"
"My prices are very reasonable compared to what other companies charge for the service performed. This was for your rental property and you were not there to observe the repair (which was more than just an inspection). Let me explain the process for you. I called the tenant when I was on my way, inspected the fridge and found the temperature settings were incorrect and the water was turned off, turned water on and tested water and ice maker for proper operation, both tested ok. Observed water leak and ice formation in bottom of freezer caused by a clogged condensation line. I then Called your husband and explained the repair and gave him a price. He agreed to the price and I continued the repair. I spent around 40 minutes at the home plus drive time. If you were to ask your tenants about my professionalism and service I feel they would give me an A rating. On a side note your husband said he already tried to turn the water on but couldn't. If all I had to do was turn your water on and adjust the temperature I would have discounted the price, that process took about 10 minutes. Nothing in running a professional company is cheap. The goal for my company is to be cheaper, faster, and better than the big service companies but cheap won't keep my business open. I hope you can find another service company to fit your needs!"
