"Perfectly. Had some difficulty getting phone calls returned on a timely basis, but when times were promised they were met. Recommended using cedar for picket fence due to longevity. Slightly more expensive but more attractive & much more durable than treated pine. Gate hardware is robust. Installation was done well."

I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
