Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install

Hired them to pour a concrete pad. Pad was poured 2 months ago, & the quote included removing the forms as well as putting the dirt back around the pad. I've been told repeatedly that they would come back & finish, still haven't come back after 2 months. Texts & phone calls are ignored.
