Communication with the salesman was difficult and the 3 day deadline to cancel the project was unrealistic as I still had no paperwork on which to base a decision. Also the salesman?s timeframe for completion were beyond optimistic. For 3-4 weeks, read 3-4 months. Luckily gut instinct won through and project completed and does look nice. Waiting for finance pitfalls as salesman promised 2 years same as cash! Product is good quality and fitters were professional and courteous."
