We complained, but was told there was nothing that could be done about it. The installers were GREAT! Very nice and professional. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

Communication with the salesman was difficult and the 3 day deadline to cancel the project was unrealistic as I still had no paperwork on which to base a decision. Also the salesman?s timeframe for completion were beyond optimistic. For 3-4 weeks, read 3-4 months. Luckily gut instinct won through and project completed and does look nice. Waiting for finance pitfalls as salesman promised 2 years same as cash! Product is good quality and fitters were professional and courteous."
