Mr. Wright was very professional, honest, reliable and easy to work with. I was given a clear estimate on all costs of the project and the installation was done in the time frame that I was given. I will definitely use Atlas for any future jobs. Great job!

Initially, I was pleased with the job and it looked good. However, within a couple of months the interior of the house humidity levels increased. For several months I did not correlate the issue with the vinyl covered soffits. I spent several thousand dollars trying to fix the humidity problem before an HVAC specialist pointed out the decreased air flow though the soffit due to the ventless vinyl Jeff used and touted. I spoke to Jeff regarding the issue hoping he would make it right, but he denied the problem was due to the vinyl used. I am now having to contract another company to remove the vinyl and put on new vinyl that is vented.

The salesman was argumentative and didn't what to be bothered by what he seemed to take as annoying questions. They were legitimate questions that customers should ask to know who they're hiring and what will be done. For me this put up a red flag. He seems to be used to doing it his way, customer be damned!

Jeff and his crew did the job in a day and a half. They were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job. Jeff, the owner, works side by side with his crew and makes sure everything is done to his satisfaction, including cleanup. I got estimates in my home from 5 different companies, and I felt that Jeff was very honest and would do his best to make sure that I was completely satisfied. He has been in the business for many years, and was also the least expensive, while providing an excellent product.

The work crews worked long days and cleaned up each day. The siding looks better than I had imagined. I would highly recommend.

They did a great job and Jeff is wonderful to work with! We were thinking of moving and Jeff advised what to do if selling and actually recommended some work not be done! Sign of a true professional! Would use them again any time!

I called Jeff on a Wednesday to give an estimate to repair/replace some aluminum fascia that was ripped from the house due to high winds. He came out the same day to provide the estimate and the repair was done by Thursday of the following week. The only reason for the delay was that he had to order a custom color match for the fascia and it had rained non-stop the entire week. The work was professionally done in about an hour's time, and he even went around the entire perimeter of the house to tighten up any loose fascia. I found Jeff and his worker to be very competent and communicative. It's very clear why he has so many "A" ratings on Angie's List! I'd definitely hire Jeff again.

This is my second time using Atlas Window! I had such a positive experience with them previously (on another house), that there was no doubt who I'd call this time! Jeff (owner) is an active participant throughout the whole process, from start to finish. They worked with my schedule, showed up as expected, cleaned up after themselves...AND delivered a terrific product at reasonable cost. Thanks again, Jeff, you are totally appreciated!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Atlas Windows!! Jeff, the owner, is on-site and involved in the job, not just a voice on the phone that disappears after you make the deposit. He is a pleasure to do business with; he is honest, punctual, knowledgeable and responds in a timely manner to emails/calls/questions/etc. Communication was never a problem, and he was compassionate and courteous to my night-shift  schedule! The crew cleaned up after themselves, no mess. Overall, a great company, and I plan on using them again in my new house. Go with this one, you won't be disappointed!!

Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with.  I called him for a quote on some Gutter, facia, and soffit repair.  He gave me a reasonable quote for the entire job, and was able to break down the price so that I could prioritize the tasks that I needed done now versus the ones I could wait on.  He did the labor when he said he would, and the job ended up costing less than he originally quoted because he found some of facia we thought was damaged wasn't after all.

They just completed installing all new vinyl siding on our house, including all soffits. They also trimmed out a few doors that were not adjacent to the siding area, and they fixed two of our large windows (windows which they had not installed) that had come out of alignment and hadn't been able to be locked for many years. They are both in good working order now.
These men are very courteous and professional. The owner, Jeff, is very pleasant to deal with and gave us clear estimates on all costs associated with the job. He gave us a line item for each part of it in case there were certain things we didn't need to have done (for instance, we did not need new gutters and downspouts). He sat down with us and explained all the details and answered all our questions before we signed any paperwork.
I am impressed with the fact that Jeff himself came out nearly every day on the job and worked side by side with the crew. He definitely cares about his business enough to be personally involved at every level. He and his crew pay a lot of attention to detail. Also, I greatly appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves every day and also at the completion of the project.
Also of note was that in the middle of the project, it was obviously their day off, but Jeff called the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and asked if he could come out and reattach our downspouts. They had been detached while work was being done, and he had heard a prediction for a storm over the weekend before the crew would be back again. Jeff remembered how things had been left, and he took it upon himself to come out and fix the downspouts to accommodate the coming rain. Just another example of the care he has for his customers and the pride he takes in his work.
The new siding looks great. I would definitely contact them again in the future if I ever have a need.

Jeff was great and will work with him again. They came out to our home twice. I think we paid $275 for two downstairs and gutter repair work in September. They cleaned our gutters, added leaf protection on part of our home and repaired more in Mid-November. We paid $300 in mid-November. They missed one area needing repair, so I'm contacting Jeff to come back and repair the gutter. I don't anticipate any issues. We will continue working with Atlas Window & Siding.
