We complained, but was told there was nothing that could be done about it. The installers were GREAT! Very nice and professional. So far I am very pleased with the 3 doors I bought (except the thresholds). Again, the installers were GREAT!"

The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."
