Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!

Phillip Berry did an amazing job. I have had handymen in who repair their niche of knowledge , leaving the real problem hidden. Phillip has extensive whole house knowledge and trained under a master craftsman. He found the hidden problem which was causing extensive unseen damage. Handyman connection people fixed surficial problems and the problem always reappeared. He is honest, his work was the best quote I received and was clearly laid out. I felt very comfortable leaving my house in his hands. Even my dog loved him and she likes very few people!! I will be calling him for everything I need done on my older home in the future.

Phillip and his team did an extraordinary job (in the middle of a pandemic!) converting our basement into a beautiful and useable office space. He helped us select a carpet in a width that would not show an obvious seam (something we would not have thought of) and that ultimately made the space brighter. He is a perfectionist when it comes to detail work such as painting, wallpapering, and trim-- he even fixed the light at the top of our stairs, which needed replacing. We can't recommend Perfect Circle highly enough and hope to be fortunate enough to hire them again.

I would recommend Perfect Circle Construction without hesitation. Not only did they do a great job, but were extremely conscientious about cleaning up every day after working, letting me know what the work each day would accomplish. When there was a delay because the railing ordered was painted the wrong color at the factory, he was persistent in following up with the factory's progress of my order. It was important to him that I be pleased with the completed job. Did I mention that his quote was far below the other quote I received from another contractor? All this and a nice guy, too.

We hired Phillip and he was able to complete the job and it was exactly what we wanted and the work was wonderful, and we are so happy with it. It's difficult having work done during a pandemic, but Phillip and his team always had masks on and were very respectful of us and our property! We would definitely hire them again!

Philip did an outstanding job building the steps we needed to access a newly purchased under deck swim spa. It was a project that was doing to have to meet not only structural but functional requirements, since I have mobility (back, hip) issues and was not sure until construction ensued how tall the landing would need to be so I could access the swim spa and yet not hit the overhead ceiling. He built a landing at one height and wanted me to try it out (accessing it via a step stool) before building the steps running up to the landing and was willing to make other adjustments as needed so that it was going to work for my wife and I. He listened to us, was responsive to our needs, and is a perfectionist so we felt confident that he was going to build it the right way and he did. It meets all our needs, the quality of the construction was superb, and it is beautiful. His pricing was reasonable considering the time and effort he spent on designing and building it. Even though he is often involved with much larger projects and oversees other subcontractors, he is a carpenter/ woodworker at heart and seemed to really enjoy working on it, which he did with the assistance of just one helper. We would hire him again without hesitation and highly recommend him to others!

Philip was focused on delivering a perfect job. The doors turned out exactly as we wanted! They work well and look terrific. It is wonderful having light in the back of basement and even on a separate wall switch. We also were completely comfortable with giving him access to the house. He is very skilled and I have him working on another project.

Extremely well!! Philip Berry was an absolute perfectionist with the job, even more than my wife who helped with the layout of the design. He worked extra time to ensure that it would look great and used the utmost care to ensure that the walls around the area were not damaged in any way. I highly recommend him for any remodeling work!! He is conscientious, trustworthy, and a superb technician. He also worked hard to save me money on materials. We love the way the fireplace turned out and we have received many compliments about it.

The addition blends with the original building well and is attractive both inside and outside. It was designed to allow maximum light (many windows) as well as privacy. In designing the structure, the contractor was responsive to the desires and requests of the owners and addressed both current and future needs, and adhering to budget restrictions. The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. After more than a year using this addition we have found it to be comfortable and energy efficient. We are happy to recommend Perfect Circle Construction for any similar projects.

Philip was very responsive and took on the project with very little notice. Following a stretch of bad weather an adjacent tree knocked our gutter loose, which led to the significant water pooling at the base of our house. Rather than replacing the entire gutter and downspouts, Philip was able to make repairs while maintaining the integrity of the drainage system. Based on their professionalism alone, I would recommend Perfect Circle Construction for any of your general contracting needs.

Philip Berry has fixed electrical issues, took out a pantry, built onto the wall and has remodeled my kitchen. He has stopped by when we had questions and is very reliable. We feel very comfortable working with Philip and we have recommended him to friends and family. He is currently installing cabinets, adding crown molding to our kitchen cabinets, molding around our window, and a tile backsplash. He can do everything

We had to install temporary supports & raise the addition back up to its original elevation in order to install new load bearing members and and completely reframe & refinish the exterior wall."
