Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."
