Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."
