About us

Hi, I'm Logan Toebbe, Director of operations at Henry's heating and air. My Dad started this company in 1989 and I officially joined him in 2021. Together, we have a combined 53 years of experience in the hvac industry. Anything from units installed in the 60's all the way to cutting edge technology, we can work on. What we specialize in is high quality, high efficiency, top of the line hvac installations in cooperation with either RUUD or BOSCH. Noone and I mean noone can come close to the quality and care we put into our installations. The same quality we put into one of our top of the line systems, we also put that same effort and quality into our more budget friendly systems where we use WEATHERKING units. We're very proudly Louisvillian and not owned by a corporate conglomerate. The bottom line is if you want the best, You call us. Every product, every service call, every system, and every customer, we stand behind wholeheartedly. We look forward to working with you.

I cannot recommend Henry's enough. They were extremely professional, transparent, and fair in their pricing. I knew going in to this that I needed the fan motor on my outside AC unit replaced. Not only were they understanding and non-condescending about what I told them, but they also provided a ballpark quote over the phone, which was impossible to obtain anywhere else. They came out very quickly and not only completed the service I needed but also addressed some other minor issues for little to no extra charge. My AC was back up and running in an hour. The first big company I called (I'll just say it - Jarboes) charged me $98 to diagnose something I already knew, and then quoted me $1,900 to replace a roughly $300 part. Understanding that I had already received a diagnosis, Henry's did not charge me an additional diagnostic fee, and replaced the part for a fair $670, totally saving the bank and our day. If you're having trouble with any heating or cooling issues, call Henry's!!

I had a busted inducer motor and had the part replaced, though I was interested in replacing my whole unit if it made sense. Henrys was able to come out and help diagnose the day of my request. The technician popped open the furnace and explained every little thing he was looking at. Unlike the other companies, he helped point out where I had a healthy unit apart from my worn out part. They offered to replace the part for free to get us through the incoming ice storm if I wanted the whole unit replaced after it was over. I ultimately decided to only replace the individual part, and still Henrys pricing was far superior to all of the others.

Im having such a problem for getting a receipt and a warranty. They are supposed to come every year to service my furnace and air conditioning, imagine the trouble that I will have if they can't get me a receipt.

They answered our call for help fast, they were on time. Our tech Logan took pictures and videos of problems that needed to be addressed and was very professional. The only thing that I would like to see is an itemized receipt for parts, labor and warranty instead of just the total charge, otherwise the were fantastic and I highly recommend.
