This visit was just a fall check up. But I purchased the units from them going on 5 years ago and they have since given me great service. I took their maintenance policy, which was very affordable . Their techs (Justin) are great. Very knowledgeable and give helpful hints to get the most from my units. Having delt with other companies through the years. I can't say enough good things about BJ's H&A. Do not hesitate to call them.

They came to do the bi-annual check-up and were on time as usual, called beforehand to remind us and did a fantastic job. I usually don't continue with these sort of maintenance contracts after the initial follow-up, but BJ Heating & Cooling have done such a good job that I think this is our 6th or 7th year after the new install. There's not many company's that I'd do a review for but I'd gladly take the timeto give BJ's a Great review!

They came for the annual furnace cleaning. They were on time and very professional. They found the UV bulb was out and replaced it.

BJ was performing the normal cleaning and maintenance on my furnace when they found that the bearings were beginning to fail on a blower unit inside the unit. I was given the option of repairing that unit for approximately $800, which was risky. Or, I could replace the unit and live with the piece of mind that it would not fail on the coldest night of the year. The installation crew was excellent and very mindful of protecting the walls and floors of the house. Chris stayed late in the evening to make sure everything was completed and tested and I received the operating instructions. I've been a customer of BJ since 1999 and have never been steered wrong by them Barry gave me an excellent price for the work. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work that needs to be done.

We found ourselves with an air conditioner issue on one of the hottest Saturdays of the year. Our regular repair man retired. BJ Heating and Cooling was recommended by a friend. Within 10 minutes of filling out the request for service form-we got a phone call. A tech was at our house within an hour (which was what we were told would happen). He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly and the first time. We will definitely use BJ Heating and Cooling again if we have any issues in the future. Prompt, professional and affordable!

Called BJ on recommendation of close friend after bad experience with competitor's service call. Jason came out tested all aspects of my system inside and out - explained every test and result, the outcome being, they are coming to install a new Evolution system this week, just in time for the heat to come. I have a large house with a 4 zone damper system and after a lengthy discussion with Barry, the owner, I'm upgrading the entire system and will be entrusting my system's future main maintenance to BJ Heating & cooling.

I had some trouble with my heating and air unit, I called BJ, and to be honest I spent against their better judgment, about $3k trying to fix my old one. In the end I had to relent and get a new one. With that said they could have charged me full price for a new heat pump, but took into account what I had paid trying to fix my old unit, and gave me a huge discount. It was a bummer having to replace it, but it could have been much worse if not for their service and consideration for what I had paid out. Thank you guys.

This furnace and A/C was installed by BJ in 2002. BJ has performed all routine maintenance since it was installed and I have never had any problems or issues. The system still runs like a new one. The service tech arrived on time (actually early) and completed all work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend BJ for any HVAC service, repair or replacement.

Our unit went out during extreme cold period… they had new unit in the next day. They explained every step & answered every question patiently. Price was good & help with financing available if needed. Follow up calls to make sure we had no issues.. reminder calls when service due. Salesman & technicians were professional, knowledgeable & top notch. I highly recommend BJ Heating & Cooling. This all occurred during the pandemic & single digit weather.

Very friendly and sensitive to our needs in a house with a special needs individual and 2 indoor cats. The process went fast, and appears to be flawlessly done. After dealing with BJ Heating and Cooling for 2 years now, I have nothing bad to say. Their prices are just as good or better then 6 other companies I have dealt with. Barry the owner came out to give me the estimate to replace my system and was polite and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch or you have to sign today to get the deal BS as with others. The big one with me was he did only want to show me the highest price systems they offered. He had a brochure type price sheet that showed exactly what each grade system came with. The name number and football lamp breakers could really learn from him.
