"We had recently purchased a home and had reason to be believe it had been some time since the HVAC was serviced.  Aire Serv came out and performed a cleaning and inspection of the system.  The technician was punctual and polite.  He did a good job and fixed a minor leak we had in the condensation line. 



They offered some recommendations for improvements, but did not try to upsell us on anything.



We will be using Aire Serv again.

After service complete and Tech's left, found air conditioner running and had to figure out why schedule would not resume, found tech's left thermostat in permanent hold with temp's set at their settings

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me."

"I called them to go to my mother in law's property in the south end of louisville, kentucky. She just said the ac doesn't work. I warned them that she is a hoarder and house is a mess. It turned out there was a carcass of a dead cat preventing the blower/fan to circulate the air. They disposed of the carcass and got the a/c going again.
