"We had recently purchased a home and had reason to be believe it had been some time since the HVAC was serviced.  Aire Serv came out and performed a cleaning and inspection of the system.  The technician was punctual and polite.  He did a good job and fixed a minor leak we had in the condensation line. 



They offered some recommendations for improvements, but did not try to upsell us on anything.



We will be using Aire Serv again.

After service complete and Tech's left, found air conditioner running and had to figure out why schedule would not resume, found tech's left thermostat in permanent hold with temp's set at their settings

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me."

It turned out there was a carcass of a dead cat preventing the blower/fan to circulate the air. They disposed of the carcass and got the a/c going again.
